DRS-He-F
The DRS-He-F is a rectangular single-stage mist eliminator louver designed to effectively separate water droplets and moisture from air streams, featuring an anti-icing function. Customizable to customer-specified sizes, this louver is particularly suited for applications where anti-icing capabilities are essential, such as engine rooms.
Design
The louver boasts vertical profiles with dual pipes for efficient water drainage. It offers various drainage options, with standard drainage towards the front and alternatives for drainage inside, at the back, or below. Designed for bulkhead penetration, it ensures effective moisture separation in demanding environments.
Execution
Constructed entirely of sea water-resistant aluminum, the DRS-He-F ensures durability and performance in maritime conditions. Its electrical system operates on a single-phase 230V supply and features a self-regulating heating cable. The power output ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 kW/m2, determined by factors such as face velocity and minimum temperature.
Customizations
Spark-Proof Execution: Suitable for hazardous areas (Zone 1 or 2).
Wire Mesh: Available behind or on the inside of the louver for additional protection.
Sand Filter: Easily removable and cleanable filter (G2 or G3 class) positioned in front.
Additional Filter: Installed behind the louver for dust or soot filtration (G3 or G4 class).
Flange Compatibility: Conforms to ISO 15138 standards for easy mounting.
External Mounting Option: Allows for mounting entirely on the outside of a bulkhead.
Lifting Lugs: Equipped for convenient handling during installation.
Heating Cables: Connected to the loose terminal box for anti-icing functionality.
